A good pair of light-blocking curtains can go a long way, especially in rooms with large windows.

To avoid the necessity of HVAC repair later on, it’s important to keep up with regular maintenance. Your HVAC system should be inspected and tuned up once before and after each season of use. A good rule of thumb is to perform routine maintenance once in the spring and once in the fall. If you have any additional concerns, there’s nothing wrong with an extra inspection!
